Hobby Golf is a golf community from Kevin Kisner, Kevin Molony, and Aaron Angell. Born in Aiken, South Carolina, it is built on fellowship, friendship, competition, perspective, and the belief that everybody deserves another shot.
The story began with three friends, a room above a real estate closing firm, and a South Carolina duck-blind rescue that made the important things impossible to ignore. Life is short. Your people matter. Showing up for them is the whole point.
Our Story
What began as a room above a real estate closing firm became The Hobby, Aiken: a warm, intentional place for golf, fellowship, cards, conversation, competition, and perspective. Friends brought friends. Rounds became dinners. Conversations ran late. A room built for a few people became a community.
Kevin “Kiz” Kisner, Kevin “KMo” Molony, and Aaron “Hurricane” Angell did not begin with a polished brand plan. They built the kind of place they wanted to return to—a place where people could put the phone down, spend time with the right people, and remember what matters.
The Hobby Speakeasys
The Hobby’s speakeasy-style golf rooms bring people together for simulators, cards, honest conversation, and genuine community. The atmosphere is private, warm, and refined without feeling corporate. The Hobby Greenville opens in September 2026, carrying the spirit of Aiken into a new room and a new community.

Hobby Golf is built around showing up for your people and creating spaces where friendship and fellowship matter. It is golf, but it is also the time before the round, the stories afterward, the people who carry you when things get hard, and the second chance waiting on the next tee.
